PATTERNITY PRESS | PATTERNITY CERAMICS EXTENDED RANGE
Having launched our Warp and Reason teacups with ceramics specialist Richard Brendon back in April we have proudly extended the collaboration to introduce striped plates, coffee cups and mugs…
The extended range was launched in September showcased alongside our other ‘SUPERSTRIPE’ interior projects at Design Junction 2013, including our Sunstripe Rug and Sum Table – a followup collaboration with marquetry specialist Toby Winteringham.
FURTHER INFORMATION | CERAMIC CRAFT MEETS PATTERN INNOVATION.
MADE IN STOKE ON TRENT.
Hand-finished by the best craftsmen in Stoke-on-Trent, England, this collaboration draws inspiration from over two centuries of British culture – bringing together Richard’s expertise in ceramic design and heritage with PATTERNITY’S unique storytelling pattern designs. Driven by history and powered by pattern – this collaboration draws an entirely new audience to traditional bone China.
Beneath the surface the bold striped pattern classic cobalt blue and 24 carat burnished gold represents the clarity of thought that exploded in Britain in the mid 17th Century as caffeinated tea and coffee bought about the age of reason – propelling Britain out of the warped alcoholic haze that lead to the industrial revolution.
